SERVICES · AI OPPORTUNITY AUDIT

The AI Opportunity Audit for Construction Companies

A structured look at how your company runs: your systems, your team, and where things slow down. You receive a written roadmap of what is worth automating, ranked by payback. A fixed fee, scoped to the size of your operation and credited in full toward your first build.

WHAT HAPPENS

How the Audit Runs

STEP 01

We Talk to Your Staff

Short interviews with the people doing the work: estimating, project management, accounting, and the front desk. We learn how work moves through your company, not as the organization chart describes it.

STEP 02

We Audit What You Pay For

Your software stack and licenses: what is used, what overlaps, and what quietly costs you money every month. Most companies find savings here before anything is even built.

STEP 03

You Get the Roadmap

A written report of every automation opportunity found, ranked by return, effort, and risk, with a recommended build order. Delivered with a one-hour readout. It is yours whether or not we build any of it.

THE DELIVERABLE

What the Roadmap Contains

Ranked Opportunities

Every finding scored by return, effort, and risk, so the highest-impact work is unmistakable.

Fixed-Fee Build Proposals

Cost and outcome defined in writing for each recommended build.

A Recommended Build Order

A practical sequence with timelines, from quick wins to flagship systems.

A concrete structure under construction
WHERE IT STARTS

We learn how your company runs, from the people running it.

THE CREDIT

How the Fee Works

100% of the audit fee is credited toward your first build. If we build, the diagnosis was free. If we do not, the plan is yours either way, and it is specific enough that any competent engineer could execute it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Audit Questions We Hear

Who is it for?

Any construction company that suspects automation could help but does not know where it would pay off first. General contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trades all qualify, and so does every size of operation, from a handful of people in the office to a large regional builder. The scope of the audit and its fee are matched to the size of your company, which we settle on the intro call before anything is committed.

How long does it take?

Two to three days end to end: intake, staff interviews, analysis, then the readout.

What if the audit finds nothing worth building?

We have not encountered that, and there is a structural reason for it. What software can do with a document or an inbox has moved faster than most offices have had reason to revisit their process, so the gap is usually wide. The useful question is rarely whether there is something worth building, but which item pays back first.
