AI Consulting and Strategy
We help construction companies separate what AI genuinely does well from what it is said to do, and identify the applications that produce measurable results. Strategy first, and only then the build.
What Consulting Covers
Successful automation is built on strategy, sequencing, and measurable outcomes rather than on whichever capability is being talked about this month.
AI Opportunity Discovery
Identifying where automation has real value in your company by examining how work moves through it, which processes consume the most capacity, and which of them are ready to change.
AI Readiness Assessment
Evaluating your data, software, integrations, and team against what a given automation would require, so you know what is buildable now and what needs groundwork first.
Use Case Prioritization
Ranking every candidate by business value, effort, risk, and organizational readiness, so the build order is an economic decision rather than a matter of enthusiasm.
Automation Roadmapping
Turning that ranking into a sequenced plan with costs, timelines, and dependencies attached, aligned to how your company can absorb change.
Data Readiness & Architecture
Designing the data foundation automation depends on, including where records live, which system owns each field, and how information moves between them reliably.
Technology & Software Evaluation
Independent evaluation of the platforms, models, and tools under consideration, including the software you already pay for and may be underusing.
Proof of Concept & Validation
Building a narrow version first to prove feasibility and quantify value before a full commitment, which is the cheapest way to be wrong.
Governance, Risk & Data Handling
Establishing clear rules for how AI touches sensitive information, which decisions require human approval, and how you demonstrate control to clients and insurers.
Adoption & Change Management
Preparing the people who will use the system, because a technically sound build that your team works around has returned nothing.
From Roadmap to Systems
Intelligent Automation
Systems that connect your tools and carry multi-step processes end to end, removing the repetitive coordination work that fills an office day.
Document Intelligence
Reading and structuring the plans, contracts, and paperwork your business runs on, with judgment routed to a person for review.
Integrations & APIs
Connecting the platforms you already run so information is entered once and stays consistent everywhere it appears.
Custom AI Tools
Purpose-built tools grounded in your own data and your own methods, engineered around the way your company works.
Business Intelligence
Consolidated reporting and live dashboards that make operational problems visible the week they occur.
Legacy Modernization
Getting value out of the older systems and spreadsheets your business depends on, without a disruptive replacement project.
Technical Capabilities
Language & Reasoning Models
Selecting and applying current models to document, drafting, and classification work, with the tradeoffs between cost, speed, and accuracy made explicit.
Retrieval & Your Own Data
Grounding systems in your records so answers come from your company's history rather than from general knowledge.
Multi-Step Automated Workflows
Multi-step systems that carry a process through several tools, with checkpoints where a person confirms before anything consequential happens.
Integration & Automation Infrastructure
The connective layer that lets all of it reach your accounting platform, your project system, and your files.
How We Work
Rather than attempting to change every department at once, we sequence the work by return. Proving value on a narrow first build earns the confidence and the budget for what follows.
Understand the Business First
Every engagement begins with your operation, not with the technology. What limits your throughput is a business question before it is a technical one.
Find the High-Value Candidates
We identify where automation would change an outcome you care about, and set aside the work that is merely interesting.
Assess Readiness Honestly
Each candidate is checked against your data, your systems, and your team. Some will need groundwork, and we say so plainly.
Prove It Narrowly
Where uncertainty is high, we validate on a small scope first. Early wins build momentum and justify what follows.
Build and Adopt Together
Systems ship with the training, documentation, and rehearsal that decide whether they get used.
Compound the Advantage
AI capabilities are changing quickly. Ongoing engagement captures what is newly possible instead of leaving your systems at their launch-day standard.

From Strategy to Build
Consulting produces a written roadmap. Building produces the systems on it. Most companies begin with the audit, because it answers the question everything else depends on: what is worth doing first, and what it returns.
See How the Audit WorksConsulting Questions We Hear
We know AI could help but we have no idea where to start. Is that a problem?
That is the normal starting position, and it is what this work is for. You do not need a shortlist before the first conversation. Bring the parts of the week that feel heaviest and we will do the work of turning that into a ranked, costed plan.
How is this different from a software vendor pitching us their product?
A vendor's recommendation is constrained by what they sell. Our assessment includes the possibility that a tool you already pay for solves the problem, that a process change beats a build, or that a given opportunity is not worth pursuing yet. The roadmap is yours regardless of who executes it.
Do we have to commit to a build to get strategy work?
No. The audit is a standalone engagement, and the roadmap is yours to keep or to hand to another engineer. If we do build, the full fee is credited toward that first build.
Is our company too small for AI consulting?
Smaller operations often see the fastest return, because the administrative load falls on fewer people and removing it is felt immediately. What matters is whether the work is repetitive and rule-bound, not how many people perform it.
How do you decide what should stay human?
By what the work carries. Repetitive, rule-based processing can run unattended once it is proven. Anything that commits money, accepts risk, or affects a client relationship is prepared as a draft and routed to your people for approval. That line is agreed in writing during the build, not left to interpretation.
